10 years ago, after divorcing her husband, Rina raised Taiichi on her own. Taiichi managed to get a job at a real estate company, but he refused to move out of the house where it takes over an hour one way to get to work. Taiichi didn’t go out to play even on his days off and never brought friends or girlfriends home, which made Rina anxious. She would sometimes try to take him out, so she invited Taiichi on a hot spring trip.
